Hotel more isolated from main road than advertised, no car approach possible, no hotel parking.

The owner of the hotel exspecially the daughter of the hotel owner, who serves at the reception, was very, very unkind!! Little, fat und simple minded girl! The owner love the money they cann earn with the guests but not the guests ! Bring your money to that terrible people but leave them as soon as possible.

I didn´t like three things in Il girasole: 1.- check in 15:00, check out 11:00 2.- I ask about leave my luggage in the hotel until my ship return to Naples, and they said me NO. first time in my life. 3.- It´s necessary to pay for use the pool.

The hotel grounds were very nice and the flowers were quite bautiful. For the price, it was fine, given the high rates in Capri. The shower was extremely small, a large person would have a very difficult time. We were disappointed that there was an additional charge to use the swimming pool and sundeck. (There was also an additional charge if you wanted to use a deck chair or towel.) This was not indicated on the web page. Because of the walk from the bus or the road, anyone with mobility challenges would have difficulty reaching the property.
