The panoramic “Da Gelsomina" is a typical island restaurant, offering a vast selection of traditional dishes accompanied by an ample assortment of regional DOC high quality wines as well as their own home-produced house wine. Specialities include “coniglio alla
Cacciatora” (spicy rabbit), “pollo al mattone” ( grilled chicken, cooked with a brick to weigh it down), the famous Capri ravioli and spaghetti "chiummenzana" with fresh cherry tomatoes.
The restaurant features an indoor room for 80/90 diners and a terrace with a view across the bay of Naples seating 120/130, accommodating altogether approximately 200 people. The restaurant is ideal for events of every kind, lunches, gala dinners etc.

 

 

 

Position

 

"Da Gelsomina" is situated just a stone’s throw away from the "Belvedere la Migliera" , a panoramic beauty spot within walking distance of Anacapri, along one of the most beautiful routes on the whole island. Here there is a magnificent view across the promontory and the bay of Punta Carena, a panorama of rare beauty. It’s well worth making the extra effort to follow the little path that leads up to a higher point from where there is an extraordinary view of the “Faraglioni” and the southern shores of the island.
